At the recently completed Jacuzzi International Dealer Conference and Awards Banquet, WCI Pools & Spas earned a number of prestigious awards.

First, WCI was awarded the Jacuzzi Hot Tubs Service Award for excellence in customer service. This award is attained only by those dealers who demonstrate the highest levels of customer service and have demonstrated professionalism and dedication in every aspect of their business. The elite group of dealers who are awarded the Jacuzzi Service Award are those who consistently resolve all customer concerns, maintain at least one factory certified Jacuzzi Hot Tub technician on staff, and have qualified staff who have passed rigorous testing designed to assess their comprehension and mastery of the knowledge and skills necessary to expertly diagnose and repair Jacuzzi Hot Tubs. With three factory certified Jacuzzi service technicians on staff and an exemplary record of resolving customer concerns, WCI Pools & Spas was awarded the Jacuzzi service award for an amazing 6th year in a row!

Next, WCI's Urbandale Showroom was awarded the 2007 Best Showroom Award. This award is given to the retail store that best represents the ideals of what a Jacuzzi Hot Tub showroom should be. From a bright, spacious display area to a wide selection of Jacuzzi Hot Tubs and accessories to a complete collection of informational displays and literature to help the customer learn more about Jacuzzi Hot Tubs, WCI's Urbandale Showroom has all the elements necessary to provide hot tub buyers with an ideal environment for finding the perfect hot tub for their home. With dozens of retail stores nominated for this award, WCI is thrilled to have been chosen as the ideal place to buy a Jacuzzi Hot Tub.

Finally, WCI wrapped up the evening by winning the prestigious Silver Medallion Award. This award is presented exclusively to the top 15% of Jacuzzi Dealers throughout the world! Based on worldwide sales by over 1000 Jacuzzi dealers, Silver Medallion Award winners represent the elite group of dealers who have led the way in helping Jacuzzi to be the world's #1 seller of acrylic hot tubs. Being a part of this group is an astounding achievement and is made even more remarkable by the fact that this is the second Silver Medallion award won by WCI Pools & Spas in the past six years.
