Jacuzzi Hot Tubs recently announced their company wide award winners and WCI Pools & Spas was honored once again.

WCI was awarded the 2009 Jacuzzi Hot Tubs Service Award for excellence in customer care. This award is attained only by those dealers who demonstrate the highest levels of customer service and have demonstrated professionalism and dedication in every aspect of their business. The elite group of dealers who are awarded the Jacuzzi Service Award are those who consistently resolve all customer concerns, maintain at least one factory certified Jacuzzi Hot Tub technician on staff, and have qualified staff who have passed rigorous testing designed to assess their comprehension and mastery of the knowledge and skills necessary to expertly diagnose and repair Jacuzzi Hot Tubs. With three factory certified Jacuzzi service technicians on staff and an exemplary record of resolving customer concerns, WCI Pools & Spas was awarded the Jacuzzi service award for the 8th year in a row!
